I see issues with this one, too.
1. Moon isn't perfectly round. You have a circle tool, why don't you use it?
2. Why is there a meteor in the sky? Or shooting star? Or whatever. What significance does it have? It is distracting.
3. Water doesn't look like that.
4. The ground she is sitting on: Is she sitting on a cliff and it's made of rock? Or is she sitting on a pile of dead grass?
5. Folds on dress and shading give the dress the illusion that the fabric it's made of is really stiff. Also, what is that fabric coming from the right?
6. Teddy bear's perspective is off.
7. The arms holding the bear remind me of the arms of someone who has cerebral palsy. Not much definition.
8. Shoulders? Neck?
9. The shading on the face is just... It's not good. It looks like you just shaded EVERYWHERE. The face itself is also not that great.
10. Hair doesn't blow that way in the breeze. It isn't just one big clump. Where are all the loose strands?
11. The black fog(?) really doesn't do this picture any justice. It just makes everything look muddy. The color of the hair, for example, is actually kinda pretty, but you destroyed it the minute you created the fog(?).
